Agreement for Advisory Services
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or submitting an application for our advisory services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
2. Advisory Services
Gorila Digital Advisors provides high-level strategic consulting and business advisory services. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific financial results, revenue targets, or market outcomes. Business success depends on implementation quality, market conditions, and various external factors beyond our control.
3. Client Selection & Capacity
To maintain our standard of quality, we limit our intake to 2 new advisory clients per month. We reserve the right to refuse service or decline applications without providing specific justification. Selection is based on business maturity, market positioning, and our current bandwidth.
4. Confidentiality
Both Gorila Digital Advisors and the Client agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, business strategies, and data shared during the application process, audits, and subsequent consulting engagements.
Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these services shall be resolved in the competent courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
